Abington Death investigation Finds Victim Murdered by Husband, Who Then Killed Himself

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Abington Township Police Chief Patrick Molloy announce that Nadege St. Preux, 43, was shot and killed by her husband, Terence W. Cheatham, 47, who then committed suicide at their residence at Meadowbrook Apartments in Abington Township.

The bodies were discovered when Abington Police were called to the residence on Monday, Aug. 10, 2020, by the apartment management team after they received complaints from neighbors about a foul odor and had made entry. When police entered the apartment, they found the two bodies and a firearm by Cheatham’s body. To read more click here.
