Burglary Arrests
At approximately 3:50 AM on August 7, 2014, two men forced their way into the Dunkin Donuts Store at 1701 Old York Road, Abington. The store is currently closed for renovations and the contractor doing the work was spending the night inside the store. He heard noises and when he walked towards the drive-through window he was confronted by the two intruders. When they saw him they immediately fled. One male dove through the drive through window and the other ran out the back door.
Abington Officers set up a perimeter around the area and located and arrested both subjects. They are 29 year old Eric Michael TAGUE and 21 year old Yuriy Stanislavovich VOLOSYUK, both of Philadelphia. They have both been charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, and related offenses. They are being held in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
