MATTHEW LAVER OF SOUDERTON CHARGED WITH DISTRIBUTING, POSSESSING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

NORRISTOWN, PA. (Nov. 6, 2018) – Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
