Reported Assault at Roslyn Park – Update *

Although Abington Township Department continues to investigate this incident, we feel confident that the community is safe. We will continue to increase patrol in this area. Once again if you see anything that is suspicious please don’t hesitate to dial 9-1-1.

On September 27th , 2019, at approximately 9PM, Abington Police Officers responded to a report of an assault in Roslyn Park. Information derived from the victim initially indicated the assault occurred at the park however upon further investigation this incident may have occurred at an alternate location. This incident is currently under investigation. Additional information will be released as soon as possible. APD Officers and Park Rangers will be providing additional patrol.
