Robbery – Madison Manor Apartments, 1875 Jenkintown Road, Jenkintown

At 11:06 AM on November 29, 2016 an employee of Domino’s Pizza was delivering an order to an apartment which had been phoned in. He went to that apartment but the residents said they had not placed an order. As he returned to his vehicle he was approached by two men. One of the men pushed the victim and the other placed what he believed was a gun in his back and said; “run your pockets you (expletive deleted)!” The victim grabbed the barrel of the gun and began a wrestling match with the suspects who began to punch the victim before fleeing on foot with the order of food and an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim suffered bruises and lacerations but did not require hospital treatment.
At approximately 12:45 AM on November 29, 2016, an Abington Officer on Patrol stopped two males fitting the description of the two involved in this crime. Through investigation they were connected to the crime and admitted committing the robbery. The gun was a B-B gun. They were charged with robbery, assault and related offenses.
