Abington Police Announce Sentencing of 2019 Rape Suspect Pasquale Neri

In November, 2019, Abington police were dispatched to the Brookside Nursing Home in Roslyn for a report of a patient who had been sexually assaulted. An investigation revealed that a fellow patient gave a sedative to the victim and then raped the man while he was unconscious. Abington detectives arrested 62-year-old Pasquale E. Neri, of Philadelphia, and charged him with rape and related offenses. Neri pleaded guilty to his charges, and on April 13, 2022 was sentenced by Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Henry S. Hilles, III to 10-20 years in prison.
