Shooting Incident

On May 17, just before 9:00 AM, officers responded to a reported shooting that occurred inside a home in the 2500 block of Pershing Avenue in the Roslyn section of the township. The adult victim, who was shot in the leg during a domestic dispute, was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The shooter was quickly taken into custody and transported to Abington Police Department. This remains an active investigation. The scene is secure and there is no danger to the community.
